To Raise Local Talents: We train talents in digital skills and solar energy education at a local tech hub.
To Revive Knowledge: Mentorship and peer-peer collaboration shall be the approach, providing resources to optimize learning and practice.

Personal Development: Our goal is to develop individuals who collectively build their own lifelong prosperity.

Community Participation: To earn trust, promote participation and sustain growth, we collaborate with the people to implement people-relevant projects that solve essential social problems.

Global Partnership: We partner with individuals and simple entities who are interested in our mission, in our local knowledge and for knowledge-transfer. To avoid a Dead Aid, we encourage that debates on local problems should engage people who are themselves local.

Our overarching ideology is anchored on the Strain Theory which suggests that when a society emphasizes success goals but limits access to legitimate opportunities to reach the goals, it causes individuals to experience strain.
